Truck was not winding properly so requested a new one. Very prompt response and a replacement truck was sent right away. Great customer service. Family really enjoying the game!

Got this for Christmas for my 6 year old and he loves it. Some of the smaller pieces have required adult help but it just makes it a good experience for us to do together. The fact that the puzzles come with their own 'story' and that he can work his way through the scenes maks it really engaging and fun.

I left a review after buying the full game where I mentioned poor power for the truck. The company sent a replacement without me having to ask and the new one works great.
